Boardwalk to the Water

Camden Preserve Apartments is a great quality rental community in Tampa. But it wanted to offer it’s tenants even more.

That’s where Tampa Dock’s boardwalk design and intimate knowledge of local rules for environmental sensitive area came in!

 

We built this boardwalk through the mangroves that were blocking both the water view and all-important water access for Camden Preserve. 

Now you can walk right from the back of the complex down to the waters edge – and enjoy a mini-nature walk while you do it. 

Management went out of their way to make sure that it wasn’t JUST a boardwalk, but had places for residents to gather, relax and enjoy. 

And of course, it’s the perfect spot to launch kayaks and canoes!
