The Pretty Seawall Project
This is not a before and after. But we visited this property recently and it just provides a perfect example of waiting too long.
Obviously, you can see tha the seawall failed!
But notice the grass growing on the land that slid in behind? That means the owner waited months AFTER the failure to call us.
Because the homeowner waited so long they can be fined. OR even leined by the local environmental watch authorities in that count.
In addition, a demolition/replacement of a seawall like this is much more expensive than a repair!
Just by way of comparison here is a brand new seawall we just completed.
Those are vinyl panels and a concrete cap keeping this owner’s property safe.
